Eight Steps to Happiness – Free Library Book Talk

Everyone wishes to be happy, but very few people know how to be truly happy. In this library book talk, Kadam Mick will give a brief overview of the popular book, ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’ by renowned Buddhist Master, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Through understanding and practising the instructions within the book, we will learn how to tap in to an inexhaustible source of peace within.

Meditation & Mindfulness is a way of calming the mind and developing and maintaining a more positive approach to life.
This public talk provides an opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to use your experience of meditation to improve your daily life.
A great introduction for both for beginners and those who wish to improve their meditation skills. Everyone is welcome!

Peaceful Mind, Peaceful Life – Half Day Course

About the teacher

Kadam Mick Marcon is the Resident Teacher at Losang Dragpa Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Mayfield. Mick has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism since 2004.
