We tend to look for happiness outside ourselves, thinking if we had the right house, the right car, the right job and the right friends we would be truly happy. We spend almost all our time adjusting the external world however lasting happiness eludes us. It is said that all the happiness there is in the world arises from wishing others to be happy.

In this course, we will discover an inexhaustible source of happiness, our love for others.
