The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and experience true happiness. In this half day meditation workshop Kadam Mick Marcon will explain the benefits of meditation, how to meditate and how to use meditation to improve our daily life.
