Mental resilience is an inner quality that enables us to remain unruffled in times of difficulty. Without it, we are easily upset and our mental state remains vulnerable to circumstances outside our control. In this course discover your potential to experience an inner peace and resilience as stable as a mountain and as calm as the depths of an ocean. Everyone is welcome!
In this class Kadam Mick will explain an guide meditations from The New Meditation Handbook. Feel free to request one of the many meditations contained within this text.
