WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES
Our drop-in classes are an ideal introduction to meditation, there is no need to book, simply drop-in to any of the classes below. The ‘In-depth’ drop-in class requires no booking but generally covers subjects in more depth than the other drop-in classes.
